Rise and shine; it's another sunny day in the U.S.! Most summer camps start around 8 a.m., so you may need to get up slightly earlier to prepare.
Breakfast 🍳
Everyone will gather in one of the main halls for a filling breakfast, before headin to the morning activities.
Morning activities ⛵
Camp activities usually begin at 10 am. Your day will vary depending on the job you hold.
Work with campers 🙌
From here, you'll begin with the true magic of summer camp; working away at your particular area or activity.
Afternoon
Time for lunch 🥪
Around noon, you'll go for lunch. Enjoy some food and grab snacks to keep you going till dinner.
Take a break 💆
After lunch, you'll have a well-deserved rest hour. Make sure to relax before afternoon activities.
Catch up 🤝
During your break, you’ll also have the opportunity to relax, catch up, and hang out with your fellow counsellors.
Afternoon activities ⚽
Once the break is over, you’ll be back to camp activities, getting to work in the summer sun.
Evening
Get dinner 🌯
In the evening, you’ll go for dinner and refuel after your afternoon activities. Dinner is often a whole camp event, full of chatter after the day's events.
Campfire 🔥
As the sun starts setting, the whole camp will come together for a campfire.
Evening activity 🎭
Activities in the evening include talent shows, competitions, themed dances, or even off-camp trips for laser tag or bowling.
Lights out 🛌
To wrap up the day, you will ensure campers are settling down for the night and adhering to camp curfew.
