Videographer jobs in America.
What's involved with being a videographer at summer camp?
"I spent a summer at camp teaching photography and video. There were 3 of us in the team and the campers would come down in small elective groups or as a whole division. They loved it but it might also be because the media suite had aircon! We made videos, animation, music videos, short movies, biography pieces - anything they could imagine, we made it happen." - George.

FAQs
When starting your application you’ll be asked to select your top skills. Choose videography/photography. Go into detail about what you’re going to bring to the role, your skill level and if you’re already qualified. A camp director will then be able to assess if you’re a good fit and invite you to their camp.
As with all videography jobs in America - the more experience you can gain before the summer, the better your application. Look to schools and local art/videography projects to volunteer with and build up your own portfolio through self motivated work or classes.
Camp will be able to provide a limited amount of equipment. Most photographers at camp opt to bring their own camera through preference, but camps will often have their own equipment for you to use. You might also want to bring a laptop if you are editing or need to upload multiple pictures. (Check with camp before you go that there is a safe place to store any equipment you bring as camp will not be liable if anything gets lost, damaged or stolen)
