We understand that life doesn't always allow you to take such an opportunity, with certain situations preventing you from applying.

What is AccessCamp?
AccessCamp is a funded opportunity for up to 50 Camp Counselor applicants to experience summer camp in America.
Working alongside our visa partners CHI, it includes:
- Cost of DS2019 visa forms and sponsor support
- Cost of all Camp Leaders program fees
- $600 towards the cost of your flights
- A minimum of USD $1900 pocket money
- Accommodation and meals at camp
- Medical insurance throughout your program
- Full support from application through to in-country
Making summer camp accessible to everyone.
Summer camp isn't reserved for a select few. If you'd absolutely love to go to summer camp but need support to make it happen, we'd love to hear from you.
AccessCamp is a majority-funded opportunity for 50 applicants who need support, either financially or throughout their application process.
It's important that these places go to those who need it. Our partners at CHI will review applications, and should you also meet the existing Camp Leaders requirements, approved applicants will be e-mailed directly.
For those accepted, you'll also be required to submit an overview of your cultural exchange adventure to CHI within 21 days of completion of the program.
There are a few costs which you may need to cover, should they apply to you.
These may include:
A police check: Although we can provide you with advice on how to do this, it is something you are required to do directly.
Flight surcharge over the $600 provided: Should your flights come to over the $600 amount provided by AccessCamp, you would have to cover that remaining amount.
MRV Fee: This is your visa interview fee, which is paid to the U.S. embassy directly.

CHI will then review your application and notify you if you're eligble for the fund.
If so, you'll then be able to move forwards with the Camp Leaders application.
